Australian Red Cross Humanitech is a unique innovation program as part of the world’s biggest humanitarian movement, bridging the gap between community and technology.
We do this by partnering with start-ups using technology to tackle social and humanitarian problems and supporting them to validate, pilot and scale their impact.
Through our Humanitech innovation programs, start-ups receive unique opportunities to work with Australian Red Cross programs and communities to harness technological innovation to better serve humanity.
About the role
- Lead the development, delivery and evolution of Humanitech’s virtual innovation curriculum with technology startups
- Drive integration and evolution of Humanitech’s principles and approaches, including exploring a Humanitech certification process.
- Lead the design and oversight of Humanitech events and represent Humanitech at external events, such as conferences, workshops and working groups.
- Provide high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders on insights emerging from strategic project activities.
- Lead Humanitech’s recruitment and supervision of graduate and HDR students, skilled research and communications volunteers and interns
- Support MarComms to translate Humanitech insights and evidence into brand positioning and storytelling.
