Program Quality and Effectiveness Advisor

The Program Quality and Effectiveness (PQE) Advisor works in close collaboration with Oxfam colleagues in Australia and internationally, to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of Oxfam Australia programs through:

• Ensuring that program quality standards are understood and effectively applied in the design and delivery of projects Ensuring programs are supported by rigorous monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and social accountability mechanisms;
• Supporting program learning, including high quality evaluations, that contribute to Oxfam’s understanding of how change happens and the best way to achieve it;
• Contributing to a culture and practice of inquisitiveness and reflection that advances knowledge of how Oxfam and others contribute to creating lasting solutions to the injustice of poverty.
