The Campaign Project Lead (Gender Compass) will join the Communications team at an exciting time. Phase 2 of the project has commenced, and more research is being undertaken to better understand the segments, which will inform the development of communication tools. The role will be reasonable for the following:
- Project management, ensuring project plans are followed, timelines set are adhered to, along with budgetary obligations and deliverables.
- Design and development of communication tools, and campaign creation. Using research to implement messaging plans and communication guides with sufficient training available. Managing the ongoing process to monitor and update as required.
- Stakeholder relationship. Partnering with decision-makers and creating open communication pathways to provide project updates to key funders and stakeholders.
- Administration and reporting. Track and report throughout project lifecycle to all internal and external stakeholders.
