Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead impactful programs across the Indo-Pacific, delivering smart solutions, exceptional results, and meaningful change while fostering innovation and building strong partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of programs across the Indo-Pacific region across a variety of technical areas such as education, scholarships, economic development, infrastructure, policing, law and justice and inclusion, justice and transformation.
• Manage complex contracts to ensure we meet our project outcomes and ensure timely and high quality delivery of milestones.
• Drive performance excellence across all areas of program delivery.
• Oversee project reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and support program teams.
• Identify and implement business growth opportunities, service improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.
